Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. A card may be
required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations
may be subject to a fee.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. Full
service fees still apply.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be
required to prepay for future bookings.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns prior to your appointment to
ensure a safe and effective treatment.
Refund Policy
